About the Book
The Kyoto Protocol is deeply flawed. It is entirely focused on cutting greenhouse gas emissions, rather than on achieving climate stability. It assumes that governments know what is going on and how best to stop it. This book proposes a better solution: Climate Stability Bonds, which would inject market incentives into the achievement of a stable world climate.
