About the Author
Siegfried Paul Bette was born in Wuppertal, Germany, three years prior to the outbreak of World War II. After attending eight different schools because of the war, he completed the “Volkschule”. When he became a journeyman craftsman, he was given the chance to immigrate to America where he found opportunities he would have never imagined.
