About the Author

Dr. Bernard J. Putz is a business growth consultant, executive coach, author and president of Next Level Leadership, a consulting, coaching, and education company. For almost twenty years, Dr. Putz has been a consultant and coach to management of mid-sized and Fortune 500 companies. He focuses on helping executives improve the leadership and operating practices critical to successful business growth.

He has written several articles on improving business performance, as well as a book on cross-functional process redesign. He is often asked to speak at conferences or as a guest lecturer at local universities. He has an MA and Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology, from the California School of Organization Studies at Alliant International University and an MBA from Notre Dame de Namur University.
