ROE VALENTI is a free-spirited cook who dishes out innovative culinary knowledge. After studying French cuisine, she was sous chef, operated two restaurants at the Resort Center in Park City, Utah, and owned a catering business. A Las Vegas native and Realtor, she cooks for friends, family and herself.
