After the tragic events Monique and Razzle over came in The Price of Love Monique brings a secret back with her from the island. She is pregnant with Roger's baby. As years passed Chance loved life and his Mama, and he never failed to tell her so. Chance was Monique's heart and soul. She knew she would die without him, he was her reason for living. When Carlton and Lucy try and take over, they cost Monique everything, including Chance.

About the Author

T. Lewis Humphrey?s 16-year-old son, her only child, was killed in a car wreck June, 19, 2003. This is a fictional version of a mother and son and the love they shared.
