About the Author
Thomas A. Parker was born, raised and educated in Illinois. He received his ED.D. from the University of Illinois. He was a Superintendent of Schools for twenty-five years, serving three different school districts in Illinois and Arizona.
He and his wife currently reside in Arizona.
