About the Book

Learn what lurks inside a teenage mind and discover all that it has to offer. In the Eye of a Brainstorm unearths the limitless creativity of two classes worth of Honors English III students, and it does so with grace and elegance. Freed from the constraints of formal writing and assigned topics, the students chased ideas they loved and worked to generate stories that make them proud. No one story is the same, but all have the identical investment of inspiration and spirit.

The students volunteered to publish In The Eye of a Brainstorm; no one forced them to do so, nor was a grade associated with their participation. What exists is truth and effort; therefore, read the stories for not only what they say, but, more importantly, to honor the effort it took to say it.
