About the Book
Some people just shouldn't be managers. They somehow got promoted to management positions, but know nothing about the science of managing, and have no desire to learn.
"How Did You Manage That?" takes a "tongue in cheek" look at the characteristics of these misfits, while pointing out the serious nature of their management flaws. But more than that, "How Did You Manage That?" seeks to offer suggestions to the new or aspiring managers that will help them avoid the pitfalls which characterize today's management misfits.
Filled with interesting stories and examples, this easy-to-read book will be of valuable assistance to any readers who manage others, and seek to be good at what they do.
