About the Book

Lawrence Richard Leuschen has written a collection of poems with a nostalgic reflection at a less complicated time and lifestyle enjoyed by him and by residents of a small Montana town. The collection reveals the intricate emotions and reality of growing up the youngest of ten children in a family of modest means.

About the Author

Lawrence Richard Leuschen was born in the rural town of Jordan, Montana and is the youngest of ten children. His parents were homesteaders in Garfield County. He is now retired in Fair Oaks, California and enjoys time spent with his wife, Kathleen, his three married children and their nine grandchildren.
