About the Author
Born Aquarius 1943, James grew up a science-fair kid at White Sands Missile Range, New Mexico, was a helicopter gunship pilot in Vietnam in 1968, a junior prophet in a Christian fundamentalist "cult" ministry, associate editor for a small publisher of "new-age"and Wiccan books, Scientologist, psychedelicist, freelance propagandist, op-ed-page Libertarian gadfly, singer/composer, actor/playwright, flight instructor, pilot and pistolero for an illicit commodities importing concern, and practitioner of the not-so-gentle art of Tae Kwon Do. He now lives and writes in Las Vegas, Nevada, where he is also a sports-book gambler with some intriguing professional associations.
