This book presents ¡°a blue print for scientific democracy and world peace.¡± Scientific Democracy is a new political system that is founded on truth, logic, and social morality. In this system, the rights of the citizens - their human rights - are guaranteed by the system itself. In a democracy the citizens have no rights, no democratic state guarantees the citizens their human rights.

In a democracy, the leader of the majority party decides the rights of the citizens, and the elections is the event that decides which party leader shall rule and make those decisions. Many parties contest the elections. A party is, by definition, a faction that is united to fight for a common goal that is adverse to the rights of other citizens and the common good. The political party is an evil organization and the cause of all civil wars around the world.

About the Author

Ronald Pereira became interested in politics and government when he was a civil servant working for the Ministry of Water and Irrigation. As a technical officer, his task was to execute political decisions made by incompetent and corrupt politicians. His belief that there had to be a better way of administrating the state led to this book.
