About the Author

Veronica is currently residing in Daleville, AL outside of Fort Rucker, AL where she the First Sergeant for the Military Police Detachment. She has been on Active Duty for a little over 22 years of active service. She is married to Sergeant Major Steve Edmiston. She has three children, Dwight an ARMY SSG (P) stationed at Fort Gordon, GA, Lecrystal, a junior at Alabama A&M University in Huntsville, AL and Edwin a junior at Daleville High School. She graduated from Simeon Vocational High School, Chicago, ILL. She has an Associates Degree from Calhoun Community College, a Bachelors Degree from Athens State College, a Masters Degree from Hamilton University and a PHD from Madison University in Business Administration. She has always wanted to be a writer from the time she was 5. She has always had a love for books reading all that she could get her hands on. She gives much love to God, family, friends, and fellow Soldiers she has served with in her career.
