About the Author
Angela Pileggi Leo has a passion for cooking. She wants to share her love for cooking with everyone by sharing her favorite recipes. She always wanted to run her own kitchen and she did. But on 9/11/2001, her dream had fallen apart. Her job that she loved so much was gone and all of her dreams were too. She worked next door to the World Trade Center, so she saw her whole world fall apart that day. She went through a terrible depression after that and was very confused. But she came back to life when she found a new Job about five blocks from her house in Brooklyn called Meats Supreme.
