May the tremendous responsibilities that “flight attendants” have as “guardians in flight” cause for all of us to quickly wake up and realize the importance of our presence on board every aircraft we take up in flight. Allow no one to intimidate or harass us into making compromising decisions that could allow for another catastrophic scenario at 39,000 feet needlessly costing not only our lives, but the lives of the passengers we transport on a daily basis from one destination to another. Please God, please let us not continue the complacency I begin to once again see on our aircrafts. Help us to keep strong and vigilant and constantly reminded that while we take to the heavenly skies we are “The Last Line of Defense” up there"

About the Author
Alicia Lutz Rolow was born in Manhattan, New York in 1954. She is the second daughter of a working class family. She has lived most of her adult life in Southern California, where she currently resides with her best friend/husband Shanon Rolow, her two sons Brandon, Isaiah, and her granddaughter McKaylah Rae. She is an avid runner and enjoys her family time with her boys and granddaughter. She has been a veteran American Airlines Flight Attendant for over 32 years. The deteriorating condition of the Commercial Airline Companies in the Aviation Industry has compelled her to share her story in order to prevent possible catastrophic disasters that could claim the lives of her passengers and her flight crew member family such as the one that occurred on September 11th. She writes this book in the hopes that it will empower her fellow flight attendants who may not be able to presently share their stories, to STAND in solidarity and FIGHT!
