About the Author
A lifelong educator, Fran Brunke has practiced yoga for 30 years. She is a senior teacher and trainer at Blue Door Yoga Room in Woodbridge, Ontario, where her classes are known as a sanctuary from the stresses and strains of the everyday. Brunke lives in Woodbridge and spends the winter months in Costa Rica.
