There is no way that United Nations would be able to put peace in Haiti without building psychiatric center and prison for the criminals. The criminals are numerous and they would need to be treated before they can have a new election in the country. Without treatment, they will remain the same and The united States government will always need to be there where we can lose good American citizen. Their psychiatric treatment is definitively more urgent than their education at this moment.

Since living in peace is a way to freedom. We all would need to be willing to follow rules, regulations and laws in order to enjoy our life. We all need an environment that is free of violence and crime where all of us can really enjoy the earth with all it splendor.
About the Author
Have we ever dreamed to be free from slavery? I fulfilled that dream. On the day that I made the decision to come into America, the Americans understood that I left for a reason without asking me any question about that to until present time. Today, I feel not only to tell the truth but to use the opportunity to thank them for all the helps that I had gotten from them. That day I came in America was July 1, 1982 that day was my first day that I was free from abuse and it was also the first day of my freedom. In fact, I was born in a small land of Haiti where I was in school, and hard time with all the form of abuses from the professors and my classmates. I finally made it to the end to until I became a Civil Engineer and requested a visa at the American Embassy in which the consulate was favored me. When I arrived into America, it was totally a different history like I felt that there is a spray of love in the air that was touching my body, you can even smell that love and even touching it because it is so strong around me. In fact, I am not only free from abuse but I have respect, peace, security and all kind of opportunities to become whatever what I want. I live happily and I am welcomed like others. I had never mistreated by anyone and I had never been discriminated. The Americans are always trying their best to help me in everything that I want to do. By law, I had to have their High School in order to register at their College in which I had done their High School and went to Colleges and got my degrees, and I am still going into University to reach my PHD. United States are always having money ready for my school and I can have many PHDs if I want. I am a Health care Administrator for many years in USA and it becomes as my favorite since Americans had trained me in a way to love everyone. In conclusion, the land of America is not only a land of opportunity but simply a heaven land where they are sharing love to each other.
