About the Book

Sean Blaise Ducker is as experimental in the literary realm as he is in the hallucinogenic world he so vividly recreates. Each story is uniquely structured to transport the reader into the mindset of his characters, and the social milieu they inhabit. Mixing the ethereal beauty of the imagination with a good dose of wry humor, reading MOMENT GATHERERS is a mind-expanding experience.

About the Author

SEAN BLAISE DUCKER February 3, 1942 - February 8, 2008 A fourth generation San Franciscan, George A. “Sean Blaise” Ducker III spent his formative years in Europe, received his Norwegian Seamen’s papers at 18, and traveled throughout the Atlantic and Baltic seaports. By 20 he matured into his “practicing Bedouin” role, hitching across North Africa, continuing overland to Asia, and then to North and Central America. He attempted crossing the Darien Jungle, but failed. He worked at various occupations from pushing racks in the garment district of NYC to snake charming at the World’s Fair. Ducker lived mostly in Northern California, Manhattan, Europe, Brazil, Hawaiian Islands, Sri Lanka and South Asia…with his trusty Remington typewriter by his side. NOTE TO PRODUCTION DEPT: This will appear on the last page of the paperback book (NOT on the back cover) and on the back dustjacket flap of the hardcover.
