About the Book

This is a motivational book about what matters.

It is to show that what matters is not what happens to you but how you respond to it. What you choose to do. It is about how to make better decisions to get what you want.

In that moment, between what happens and your response to it, there is an opportunity to stop and decide how you want to respond. How you respond is what happens next. What happens next is how your life unfolds. Your responses chart the course of your life.

That is what matters.

Understanding the importance of slowing down and paying attention will allow you to listen for the better response from within yourself that will move you closer to the things you want.
