About the Book
Roz Graham never saw it coming. She is devastated when her husband of twenty-six years suddenly announces he is marrying another woman. He has everything arranged: accept his financial terms, sign the papers, sell the house, and end the marriage. Most humiliating of all is learning that everyone else already knew of his long-term affair and that he would soon be a new father.
Feeling despondent about the future but needing to escape her past, Roz buys an old manor in the charming town of Nuna Lake. Always polite but cool, Roz is reluctant to reach out to anyone. But she soon finds the house and the townspeople have the compassion and acceptance she needs so desperately.
As Roz slowly rebuilds her life, surprises await her at every turn. People are eager to be her friend. People respect her. The old manor also holds hidden treasures among the relics left behind, and a secret about the property from nearly a hundred years earlier gives Roz both purpose and happiness.
This charming story of renewal will bring hope and delight to women who have experienced a tortuous divorce and have successfully blossomed anew.
