Donald A. Moses, M.D, has been a practicing psychiatrist for the past 40 years, with experience as a Flight Medical Officer in the U.S. Air Force prior to his psychiatric career. Dr. Moses specializes in the treatment of behavioral disorders, where his work has introduced him to many individuals who function outside of the law.
