About the Author

Roy 'Sgt. Roy' Lewis hails from the small town of Highland Falls, New York which is a small town that borders on the Hudson River. Sgt.Roy is an Iraqi War veteran with 27 years of military service with the U.S. Army. He now resides in Charlotte, North Carolina with his wife Wendy and two children where he is best known as a well known National fitness presenter/instructor, personal trainer, motivational speaker and an ordain minister.
