About the Book
White House Secrets is a dizzying account of the goofs and antics of a political appointee's wife, galloping through social and political scenes. Though an embarrassment to her husband, she is an unsung hero for stopping an assassin's bullet, tackling a terrorist, and saving the homeless.
About the Author
Author /playwright LIBBY HUGHES spent time in D.C. when her former husband was a political appointee for several years. Several of her 45 plays have won awards and some have been produced off-off Broadway. She edited Ginger Rogers’ autobiography. Hughes is listed in “Who’s Who in America,” “Who’s Who of American Women,” and “Who’s Who in the World.” She commutes between Cambridge and Cape Cod, Massachusetts, and has been a seasoned drama critic and columnist, covering the Kennedy School of Government, for Cape Cod Today.
