About the Author

Gloria Wadsworth is a Motivational Speaker and Trainer. She is the CEO/President of Speaking Essentials INC. With a strong background in Organizational Management Development, Gloria partners with businesses and individuals to deliver strategic team and individual-performance building projects to assist them in achieving their goals and objectives.

Gloria has 30 years of business experience with Fortune 100 Companies like IBM, Pitney Bowes, and American Express. She is a University of Phoenix Faculty Member and Adjunct Faculty Member at National University. Gloria is a Certified Trainer of DiSC®, a behavioral assessment to help individuals better understand themselves and others. In 1992 she was Area Sales Representative of the Year for Pitney Bowes Corporation.

She has a Masters of Arts in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina.

Gloria is a member of Faithful Central Bible Church (FCBC) in Los Angeles where she serves on the Deaconess Ministry and is a Teacher in the Champions in Training program at FCBC.

Growing up in a Christian culture, Gloria developed a very strong and personal relationship with God. From this relationship she has learned that no matter what happens in life these two things are infinite and eternal: God’s love for her, and her love for God.
