About the Author
Freddie Martin Arbuthnot: a retired registered nurse, a graduate of Arkansas Baptist Hospital School of Nursing 1955, attended University of the Ozarks and University of Arkansas, Little Rock, Arkansas and has studied Natural Healing for the past 30 years, completing studies in many of the energy healing modalities and nutrition and continues to study all aspects of holistic health. She plans to continue learning from the experts for the remainder of her life and share that knowledge with others. Mother of 4 and grandmother of 2; has been a widow since 1982 and has worked at many medical and non medical positions, has lived in Arkansas, Missouri, Colorado and Texas. Medical professions; Hospital medical/surgical nurse, Intensive care nurse, Director of Nursing, Administrator of health care facility, Nursing manager of rehabilitation hospital, Corporate health and wellness coordinator, summer camp nurse and home health nurse.
