Areanna
I will be the storyteller for much of this book, me and the other Guardian angels of the primary souls in this story. My name is Areanna. I am an angel. More specifically, I am Sarah’s Guardian angel and I will add a perspective that you may not have imagined to the story and experiences that are to follow. Please allow me (and other angels) to give you another view, another dimension to Earth life and beyond. It may assist you in remembering or imagining your own life and experiences in a different way.
There is much that goes on behind the scenes or beyond the memory of the souls on Earth. My associates, Guardian angels, personal guides and others will be assisting the souls. Many of them decided in the Spirit World, prior to their individual incarnations, to interact with each other in order to help them learn the lessons they chose to experience. This interaction gives their souls an opportunity to expand and grow.
What would it be like to completely forget who you are, what you are here to do, why you arrived at a particular place at a particular time? How would it be exist in a type of mental fog but not know that you are in one? Would you find it strange to have moments of clarity or glimpses of truth that cause you to think that you are seeing things or feeling things that cannot possibly be true? This type of forgetting begins when you leave the spirit world and arrive as a newborn on Earth. This amnesia begins at birth.
Babies arrive with what could be described as an essence of innocence. They are not able to express themselves for quite some time except by their cry, which works well in order to get attention and motivate someone to do something about that which is troubling them. There have been many parents and grandparents who have wished that their little ones could just speak and tell them exactly what is causing their distress. This would make raising them much simpler. Many others have wished for more, that these beautiful tiny ones could tell the world about the place that they recently left, the souls and beings that surround them and what perfect love is about.
Do these little ones remember from their arrival at birth that they decided to take a leap of faith and present themselves on Earth for another round of experiences and lessons? No, they did not forget, but their memory of “home” dims over time and, of course because of their limited way of communicating, they are not able to tell you the wondrous things they already know. If newborns could express themselves in more than just cries or coos, they could share a great deal of information that would surprise those of you who have forgotten everything. As a baby grows and language improves, many have been known to share a story or two about previous incarnations, about specific family members now and in other lives (where they lived, what they did, etc.) and what supposedly unseen things they see and feelings they are experiencing. How could these stories be contrived when they seem to have no point of reference?
