About the Author
David Govoni, born on the kitchen table behind the family’s grocery store in Massachusetts, served in the Navy during WWII. After 40 years in Florida’s aviation industry, he retired and his wife encouraged him to record his remembrances for his grandchildren. The result was his first book, Memoirs of a Little Italian Boy.
