Controlling the world nowadays has a lot to do with controlling money. Did you know almost all of the money supply in the world is controlled by the slightest fraction of people. Something to the tune of 96 percent of the money supply is monopolized by roughly 1 percent of the population. Horrifying. Some in this life remain at the top and don’t look down with much regard for the people underneath. Otherwise, they’d do more to help. Some have good intentions. Either way, there is no equilibrium. The system isn’t fair. Multi-billionaires. Billionaires. Those are people who make money off of your money without really flinching too much. And too many people, those no where near billionaire status, think they can make people do what they want them to do because they have money. Until they run into the wrong person. One who’s not caught up in money. One who doesn’t just react when a millionaire, with apologies to Ludacris, shakes their money maker or waves their magic wand and says, “do this.” Guess what million dollar baby, some people just aren’t going to react by your magic-moving words. They see the phony side in it all. These are the people who must put in a lot of sweat equity just to get the ball rolling to get the bills rolling. People who aren’t moved by money.

Money $uck$ is an examination of society’s response to money and how cash corrupts the mind and the soul. It is a look at truthful stories and the destructive ways in which money has burdened many on an individual and corporate level.
Money $uck$ offers solutions to the corruptive forces surrounding money, and how the world could become a better place without it.
About the Author
Jim McCurdy is an author of two books. He has written for many major publications nationwide, including the Los Angeles Times, The Washington Post, Detroit Free Press, The Arizona Republic, San Francisco Chronicle, The Seattle Times, The Sacramento Bee, Houston Chronicle, The Times-Picayune of New Orleans, Star-Ledger of New Jersey and many others. He has also written for ESPN and CBS Sports online national media websites, in addition to others.
He has interviewed multiple sources, researched economic and financial trends and examined the ramifications of how they affect people worldwide for a majority of his adult life.
McCurdy graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Western Michigan University and completed some graduate work from the University of Notre Dame in English/Journalism and Writing, with an emphasis in Business.
