About the Book
The Briah is a world of memory, myth, and light that shows itself in rainbows and the twinkling stars of night. As told from star to tree, the legend of O’Briah is shared in a bedtime story that will inspire wondrous dreams, heartfelt smiles, and infinite imaginations in children around the world. Author James Bulkowski offers children a glimpse into a fantasy world where the flowers dance and ask, ‘Have you ever seen anything more beautiful than us?’ The fireflies fly through the forest under a full moon, the falling stars bring the stories to old trees, and the trees whisper the tales to the flowers. In the heart of the dark woods, a flower child known to others as Wee Miss Emily lives in the Kingdom of Red Brick and Colored Glass and has no idea that the High Queen of the Woodland Flowers is summoning her to her royal castle. Now it is up to the one who sits among the trees to deliver Miss Emily to the Queen. Surrounded by the unpredictability of a mystical forest, the Sitter and a band of characters embark on an unforgettable journey through an ancient world to fulfill a royal wish.
