Brian Kenneth Swain is the author of the novel World Hunger and the poetry collections Secret Places and My America. His poetry has been featured at the Poetry Society of Texas and Houston Poetry Fest, as well as on NPR and Pacifica Radio. Swain grew up in Brunswick, Maine, and now lives in Helotes, Texas.
