When Chris discovers the police chief is bent on running him off the island, he soon realizes there will be no shortage of roadblocks to finding a ruthless killer who will stop at nothing.

BILL NOEL works as a university administrator and fine art photographer. He is also the author of Folly, The Pier, and Washout, all part of the Folly Beach Mystery series. He lives in Louisville, Kentucky, with his wife, Susan.
