About the Author

Allison Foskett is a Counsellor, Coach, Author and Workshop Facilitator. She holds a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology and is a Canadian Certified Counsellor. Allison has been providing career and personal counselling, and coaching services for over eight years. She currently resides in Edmonton, Alberta where she is undertaking her Ph.D in Counselling Psychology. Her aim is to help people ‘thrive’ as oppose to ‘survive’ throughout their careers and life span. Allison believes that life is too short to live a mediocre lifestyle and that we are all capable of realizing our full life potential.
