Forensics by the Stars

I didn’t know it then, but came to find in many subsequent crime horoscopes, that a Mars-Neptune opposition usually signifies kidnapping. Obviously, in the Lindbergh case we already know this. But in a cold case or case of a missing person who has not been found, this can be invaluable information, as not all who go missing are the victims of kidnapping or even foul play. For example, in a cold case of a disappearance where there is no information available, the Mars-Neptune opposition may point toward kidnapping or abduction, rather than a person simply going off of their own free will. Astrology can provide valuable clues to aid in investigations of this nature.

I was also astounded when I examined the chart for information about Charles Sr. The father is shown by the fourth house, with Aquarius on its cusp. Charles Sr. is represented by Saturn, at zero degrees Aquarius, which is conjunct the fixed star Aquila, the "Flying Eagle" star in the constellation Pegasus the Winged Horse. Eerily, Charles Lindbergh's flying prowess had earned him his nickname "the Flying Eagle." The fact that the event horoscope described the father’s career gave me the chills. This was the first of many times where specific details of an event resonated with a fixed star prominent in the chart. Here we have Baten Kaitos and Aquila as giving precise information about the nature of the child's injury and his father, both of which are confirmed by evidence in the case.

This new knowledge of forensic astrology excited me and piqued my interest. If the stars could teach me so much about a case in which the celestial clues were confirmed by fact, what could I learn about other cases where the facts of the crime were uncertain or unknown?

There was one disturbing and untimely death that had had a tremendous impact on me as a child.
