NRC8890 is believed to tap the unrealized potential of the human brain. Is it a miracle drug or a lethal toxin? When the Food and Drug Administration denies approval, a covert program is established to further test the compound. Initially, it seems to work and Tyler Shealy, the innocent Savant from Atlanta, is miraculously transformed. However, problems soon arise as the truth slowly unfolds.

But who’s really behind the ambitious initiative and why? Now the fate of both the secret project and the autistic Savant hang in the balance.
