This book is written for the average citizen, and it has three purposes:

• Second, exploring the policies of the 2012 presidential candidates, President Obama and Governor Romney, on these economic growth issues; and

• Third, helping the reader appreciate how economic growth can impact personal investment returns.

About the Author

Samuel C. Thompson, Jr. is a professor at Penn State Law and director of its Center for the Study of Mergers and Acquisitions. He has a law degree and an MA in Business and Applied Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and a Masters in Taxation from the NYU School of Law. He is the author of numerous books and articles.
