About the Book
Walking Toward Wellness is a 21-week program that offers the reader information for increasing her physical, mental/emotional and spiritual well-being. The reader is also introduced to a variety of alternative healing and wellness options. Over-all wellness is a progressive, on-going process. Daily, consciously or unconsciously, we make decisions and choices, and we set priorities that impact our well-being. Today, choose to walk toward wellness.
About the Author
Sharon O’Shea (BA Vanguard University; MS University of North Texas) left employment in Social Services to study female abuse issues. Her goal is to create Merry Heart Ministries--a healing and recovery center for abused women. A portion of the proceeds from the sale of this book go toward the fulfillment of that goal. Sharon, a native of Southern California, currently lives near Austin, Texas, with her husband and four cats.
