About the Author

Robert F. DeFinis, EdD, received his doctorate in organizational behavior and leadership and a master’s in education while acquiring dozens of professional certifications. He’s worked with children, athletes, coaches, teams, leaders, and organizations for more than twenty years while leveraging optimal performance strategies into success stories. With a diversified background in education, nonprofit leadership, law enforcement, and behavior analysis, he created Total Optimal Performance Solutions and RDF Books and cofounded the Center for Teaching Excellence.
