“A Universal Truth: we came from love, we are love and there is a pervasive Oneness that binds us all together. However, Humanity has been caught in a paradigm whereby we do not access that truth of the Oneness that unites us, and have therefore upheld illusionary ideas that separate us.”
“We are all connected in a weaving link of energetic, organic patterns. When we make peace with ourselves, we are in touch with this energetic link we all share, and we can make peace with all our brothers and sisters on the Planet, as we are in touch with our power-base. This is a natural effect. Once inner peace is found, we can then offer an honest version of ourselves, void of judgment, hate, fear, greed, aggressive ego or any other unconscious influences that uphold the idea of separateness.
When we strive to live in harmony and co-operation with all people on earth, we work together for the benefit of our Planet so future generations can live in a peaceful environment and enjoy the abundance she has to offer. This is what we have been feeling and witnessing as our Gaia embarks on the Shift.”
“Even if one doesn’t believe in God or is not interested in lofty spiritual concepts, perhaps they could allow themselves to foster an open mind to the possibility that something exists: an energy or Universal force that created and holds the Universe and everything in its’ place. I suggest that this force is organic, intelligent and benevolent and that it is at our disposal to use for our benefit.
In fact, we do tap into that energy-force every second of every minute of every day, as easily as we breathe. It is in the development of a consciousness of the messages we send to that energy-force, and the recognition of what is returning to us that gives us control in our lives, making the attainment of inner peace and personal freedom possible.”
“…we are always praying, or rather, requesting with our vibrations. When do make conscious requests, whether through formal prayer or in our meditation or quiet time, it is the intention that matters most. Our vibration and our intention work in concert with one another.”
“Spirit will come through in a manner or voice we are most comfortable with: an inner-knowing, insights or revelations, a male or female voice or possibly with an understanding that it is a deity from our religious upbringing speaking to or guiding us… Appearances of angels, light-beings and the Masters are commonly referred to in the scriptures and stories throughout most religions… I find it interesting that we believe accounts of past times in the different stories and scriptures of angelic and non-angelic appearances and of profound dreams, but we are sceptical of this today.”
“… if we ask for our immediate yearnings to be filled, such as to find a partner or a higher paying job, we may actually be working from within a Hidden Agenda or trying to fulfill a Perceived Need. We may be granted a new relationship or great position, but there will eventually be conflicts. If we are needy for love, the partner who will present themselves will likely have a controlling nature, as this is what we will draw towards us because the Law of Balance is always at play. The perfect job may suddenly appear, but perhaps it may bring with it extra stress and an unhealthy lifestyle. It is important to stay mindful of our inner-most desires that come from wanting true inner-peace and joy, rather than those fulfilling ego needs or to meet societies’ standards.”
“Grof further explains that the message is the same across all these religions and that not only can we connect with the creative principle, but in a sense, we are the creative principle. He says being able to connect to and become this creative consciousness makes sense when we look at the boundaries found within the physical universe. He relates this to the quantum principles, because we now know these boundaries are illusory, arbitrary, and can therefore be transcended. It is our in enlightenment moments that we experiencing cosmic consciousness and are forever changed as it is “boundless, unfathomable, and beyond expression.” “ (must I give his full name?
“… Spirit can appear in any form, and they come from within many of the higher realms. Scriptural texts tell us of esoteric beings, or angels with wings appearing. Many of these depictions indicate that these purported angels, who were also often referred to as gods, came from the skies in flashes of light and smoke. We now know that as far back as 5000 years ago, the Sumerians turned these winged beings into deities and then worshiped them. Many believe that these winged beings came from the stars, or were extra terrestrials. If you refer to illustration #3: Levels of Awareness: Realms of Heaven from Ch. 2, Why…, you will note that within the realms, the Archangels abide on the highest realms and the extra-terrestrials exist on those closest to us. However, they are still within the illusion, as described in Ch. 2, Why… so there was still potential for manifestations of the dualistic nature of the illusion, like some of the ancient visits from the extra-terrestrials.”

“To have the courage to look deep within ourselves at our long-held beliefs and perceptions and to be willing to acknowledge that some of them may be based on false premises and are destructive to us and to others, is a powerful mission.”
“What is Held in our Mind is Reflected on the World Stage: What is in our mind is reflected in society. What happens to individuals happens in societies. Although the issues may not appear the same on the surface and their manifestations may be different, the mechanisms and the motivations are the same because we are all under the influence of the fear, guilt and lack paradigms. Groups of people also play out Perceived Needs which have to be satisfied. However, until individuals drop their propensity to judge and blame, the world will not change.”
