About the Book
Contained herein is an account of man’s struggle between good and evil, and how, on a daily basis, strange and inexplicable events oftentimes blend together resulting in unforeseen outcomes. This compilation of short stories from the confines of Limbo will lead the reader on the path to determine outcomes that seldom seem logical, but, nonetheless, manifest themselves in unique and singular ways. On one’s journey through Limbo there are many twists and turns, and now, dear reader, begin your journey and see if you can predict the final accounting of the dilemmas presented.
About the Author
Mr. Whitmer was born in Joliet, Illinois in 1951. He holds a B.A. from Lewis University in Chemistry, a M.S. in Organic Chemistry from the University of Notre Dame, a M.S. in Criminal Justice from Saint Leo University, and a J.D. from Chicago Kent College of Law. He is a retired FBI Special Agent, a licensed attorney in Illinois, and has served as a Volunteer Fireman with the City of Elmhurst, Illinois for 10 years. His avocations include not only writing, where he is a member of the Chicago Literary Club; but also Sports Officiating, where he is a licensed sports official in 5 sports with the Illinois High School Association. Mr. Whitmer is married to Vicki, and has two daughters, Jessica and Lindsey.
