About the Author
Joda P. Derrickson, PhD, RDN, ACSM EP-C, CHC, is an inspirational health coach who empowers clients to define and achieve their goals through motivational self-assessments, tough love, and facilitated skill building. She holds a PhD in nutrition sciences. She is certified as a health coach, registered dietitian nutritionist and as an exercise physiologist with the American College of Sport Medicine. She currently provides nutrition and wellness coaching in Kailua, Hawaii.
