About the Author

I was born in Budapest, Hungary, where I worked as an attorney and lived a sheltered existence for a large part of my life under a communist regime that tried to convince the population that there was no better way to live. Once I left Hungary, I embarked on a series of adventures and misadventures, many of which happened in Las Vegas and many of which are included in this book in the form of essays and short stories.
