About the Author
Kenneth C. Gardner, Jr., was born and raised in New Rockford, ND. He obtained a BS degree from Minot State University and an M.Ed. from the University of ND. He taught at Kenmare (ND) High School, 1966-1967, and Drayton (ND) High School, 1967-2013. He and his wife Carol have three children—Kathy, Kenny, and Jeff—and a grandchild, Olivia Grace.
