The two most interesting governments in the world are those of India and China. Together, they control the lives and well-being of 2.3 billion people.

About the Author

The author is a US government executive, a university professor at Johns Hopkins, and an international consultant. He is the author of Reforming China’s Government, Governments in the Muslim World, and Governments from Hell.
