About the Author
The Author grew up in a small town, Roselle N.J. As all young men do, he set out to find himself. Later he joined the U.S. Navy, shortly after completing basic training he was placed in charge of 180 men and women. He led them in calisthenics three times a week and inspected and marched them to and from school daily. He proudly served in Operation Desert Shield Desert Storm. This book is designed to raise mental consciousness and awareness based on the philosophy he acquired as he worked toward his honorable discharge from the United States Armed Forces.
