About the Author

Denise Dziwak, a native of Buenos Aires, Argentina, graduated with honors as an industrial engineer from the Technological Institute of Buenos Aires. With her husband, she traveled to Venezuela, working for Procter & Gamble ten years. As a marketing specialist, she trained thousands of executives and worked as an internal consultant for P&G in Latin America. She is also a longtime independent entrepreneur, having organized business simulation competitions and developed startups.
