About the Author
Joseph Ifechukwude Chiadika is a Nigerian of Igbo ethnicity. He is a graduate of Mass Communication and has several other books to his credit. He learned to cook from his grandmothers who were excellent Nigerian Chefs. He has attended several seminars and conferences on healthy living and Nigerian foods.
