About the Author
Luciano Caldas Bivar was born in Recife, Brazil. He received his Bachelor of Legal and Social Sciences degree from the Faculty of Law of the Catholic University of Pernambuco and the Brazilian Faculty of Legal Sciences of Rio de Janeiro. He went on to a Post-Graduate degree from the Institute of Financial Education at Northwestern University in the United States. Luciano has authored several published works, including: Brazil Alert, Socialistic Psychoses (1985); Cuba, in a Portrait without Retouching (1987 Barrister's, Rio); Passage to Life (1989 Barrister's, Rio); Bureaucracy, The Invisible Invasion (1993 Mbooks, Sao Paulo), and Intuition, The Third Mind (2016 Ric Datzman, USA, Middletown, DE). Luciano is also a proud member of several associations dedicated to closer cooperation among the peoples of America.
