About the Book

Grant initially intended to pass on information to his six grandkids in a letter to teach them how to become financially successful using skills he had learned over a lifetime. The stacks of post-it notes he jotted down over several months morfed into this book. It is written for young people who don’t have a clue what they want to do with their life and need direction. The author gives easy to understand step by step instructions to become wealthy by age thirty for anyone willing to use a little self-discipline. He outlines financial wisdom for teenagers through adulthood. He boldly guarantees that if you are in your early twenties and follow the directions in this book, you WILL become a millionaire by age thirty. He does this by listing and explaining 100 easily understood traits used by almost all highly successful people. Although the book stresses financial skills, the principles also apply to all of life’s endeavors.

About the Author

James A. Grant is a successful businessman, real estate investor, collectibles investor and dealer, private pilot, author, martial arts instructor, and perpetual student. He started his first business at age 14 and has started and managed several successful and diverse businesses throughout his career. He and his wife founded and ran a vertically integrated gemstone and jewel business with contacts on five continents for 26 years. They started that business with the seed money of $17,000 they saved and grew it into a multimillion dollar business.
