About the Book

Racquel Cooney’s goal is to continuously inspire, encourage, and empower young men and women to be and reach the best version of themselves; who God has created them to be. Racquel is a purpose influencer who presents the knowledge of God-fidence and wholeness at women retreats, non-profit organizations, schools, and church functions. In 2018 she launched the Beyond Peculiar “Awaken Your Purpose” tour. She made it her duty to use her motivational platform by travelling to different schools and recreational centers to help motivate, cultivate, and ignite change for the betterment of our upcoming generation’s destiny. It is no secret that due to the instant gratification of our society children, teens, and young adults all across the globe have gained a false ideology as it pertains to PURPOSE and SUCCESS. So many have idolized social media’s perception of success, beauty, and leadership. Cooney has made it her responsibility to help awaken the PURPOSE that lives on the inside of each student/teen. If they are unaware of what their purpose is this tour will help navigate them into the right direction.

About the Author

Racquel Cooney is a 25 year old singer, actress, writer (expressionist), journalism major, purpose influencer, and founder of the Beyond Peculiar Movement. Beyond Peculiar is a movement that encourages individuals to be true to their authentic selves. Whom God has created them to be. Beyond Peculiar is a movement that also ignites purpose and fuels destiny. Cooney believes that we were ALL created to stand out, and that it is our duty to shine our light and allow it to shine effortlessly, unapologetically, and boldly in the most peculiar way possible (1st Peter 2:9). “I live to help awaken the purpose and gifts that unknowingly lives on the inside of others. I believe that there is a divine purpose and destiny for each and every human being God has placed upon this earth. God has created you, gifted you, anointed you, and appointed you to live and manifest the purpose and gifts that are on the inside of you” (Cooney). Cooney believes that it is imperative to become all that God has created us to be. Even if it unintentionally makes others feel uncomfortable. She encourages others to grow through what they go through so that others can get through. Cooney believes that sharing your story is a two-way street. It unveils the pain in you while setting your brother and or sister free. “Your voice and the very essence of your being is needed my love” (Cooney)
