One of the many fun characteristics of this book is that it was made to be linear, but you can hop around from chapter to chapter without being lost — this also makes it great when you want to revisit the book for review. One part, in particular, that stood out to me in the book is Mr. Spriggs’s admission that adopting EVV will be an uphill battle but also laying out how and why it is essential to contact your representatives if it is ever to be enacted.

Even though this book is data-heavy, it is still a relatively quick read. All Votes Matter is an excellent read if for nothing more than to challenge your ideas of the status quo and remind us that there is more than one way to do something. It will be interesting to see if any of these ideas are ever adopted and how they would change the election process in the US.
