Cloud storage facilities can be developed in-house, purchased, or maintained in off site facilities provided by service organizations. Cloud computing provides on-demand access in an efficient manner. A protypical example is to store email messages in a cloud storage facility. Cloud data structures and typical accessed through Internet facilities. Cloud computing is easy to learn and programs are usually written to take advantage of data stored in the cloud. International access and data regulation are facilitated through cloud computing. Through the use of this book, cloud computing can be provided to provide organization-wide access. In additon, many users can use the cloud without being computer experts. This book is good for dealing with cloud computing vendors.
About the Author
Harry Katzan, Jr. is a professor who has written several books and peer-reviewed technical papers on computers and related subjcts. He wrote one of the first books on computer security and cloud computing, perhaps the first on these interesting subjects. He has been a consultant on computer security and artificial intelligence and has taught cybersecurity in the graduate level at a large university. He and his wife have lived in Switzerland where he was an executive consultant and a visiting professor. He holds bachelors, masters, and doctorate degrees.
